Traditionally, they’d be made of planks of oak wood, overlapped together to make sure they were extra strong, and now kids can recreate their own version using our pre-cut wooden pieces. Use pens or paints to add a coat of colour to the base and ornate carved dragon that would be used to scare away enemies. Kids will love sticking their oar in and designing the sail, then putting the pieces together to assemble their 3-D craft. Time to take to the seas and be on your way!
